| In search of a roommate as soon as possible in Okotoks. Two bedrooms to pick from in a 3 level house, one in the basement and one on the top floor which is connected to the bathroom which is shared. There is a half bath on the main floor that can be used as persons primary. House is a normal size with a good size kitchen, lots of fridge space, dishwasher and large sink. I do apologize for the pictures, we had family moving out while taking them. We are a quiet household that works full time and don’t party. Looking for someone likeminded. We do have 2 large dogs but they are extremely friendly and very well behaved. We also have a small cat who is very well behaved and just sleeps most of the time. It is full access to everything, no schedules or anything, we all just live together sharing. We have laundry, garage, large backyard, lots of street parking available and close to anything you could think of. It is all utilities included, $1000/mo and $1000 damage deposit. |
