Also includes a TV in your room, shared same-floor laundry, a bathroom with a shower, a small but cozy living/reading room, and a fully stocked kitchenette. The shared lower-level space is shared with only one other female except for the laundry which is shared with the 3 of us. Clean, quiet, calm, safe, no excessive drinking, non-smoking, non-party home with a huge backyard and plenty of room for one more female. Nice quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors, a safe and mature community, 1 block from the Millcreek trails and Avonmore LRT station on 83 St. If you drive there is plenty of roadside parking or alley parking behind the garage.
