Must be non-smoker, clean, and enjoy quiet home and neighbourhood. Cat is welcome, sorry no dogs. There is some space in garage for storage. Share kitchen, living room, main floor bathroom, laundry. A stall can be made available in the garage for winter use ($75/month if wanted). Large bedroom (sunroom) is $700 unfurnished, $750 furnished. Smaller bedroom is $600 with or without furniture. Also if interested in short-term rental room can be available for $210/week. Utilities and Internet included. Bedroom has newer cherry hardwood flooring. Wooded yard has many fruit trees, front and rear decks, barbecue, & treehouse. Close to WEM, just off Whitemud,10 minutes to U of A. $200 damage/cleaning/security deposit.
