Bathroom shared with one other tidy roommate, plus an extra shared half bath in the home. Rent: $600 + 33% of utilities costs split (power, gas, water). Includes high speed internet. Damage Deposit: $600 —————- Parking: Outside uncovered in front of unit, or shared use of garage for $30 extra a month. —————- House vibes: I’m a singer/musician working to get into performing. I sing, play piano, and also like to listen to music a lot. For singing: I practice a lot and as a result there’s some ongoing sounds in the home. I’m seeking a third roomie who is also musical, singer, or in the performing arts (etc)- OR someone who is understanding and good with sounds like singing & ongoing music being a more constant in the home. We DO set quiet hours for the house that is agreed to between all roommates. ———— You: SOCIABLE and personable, more outgoing roommate. Tidy, and has a stable job or source of income. The current roommate and I often go to karaoke together, have gone to movies, or outings. A warm, sociable, and connective home environment is the ideal. We sometimes also cook together or share meals. We share in weekly & biweekly house cleaning tasks in the home, and expect each roommate to maintain and support keeping the home tidy consistently. We also share and split costs for common shared household items (paper towel, toilet paper cooking supplies, dish soap etc). We are NON hard partying/drug house, non-smoking home, which is important to note. —— The home: Upscale townhouse, with fully stocked spacious kitchen, pantry, nice dining space and a cozy living room space. Home shared with two little doggies and one other female roomie aside from me. There’s an extra half bath that is shared to use. Lots of natural sunlight, south facing. The home has lots of stairs, so if you are a person with mobility issues (eg. Wheelchair user), this may not be the best alignment. —- Current Roommates: About me: 36 y/o female, singer and aspiring performing musician/artist, into karaoke and love listening to music. Into nature and love socializing. I’m into alt looks and creative fashion and makeup. Upgrading my schooling & in a career transition. Other roomie: 18 y/o female from Nigeria, student at university, also into singing, karaoke, music lover and sociable. Loves makeup, dance, and is a foodie. —— Pets: we are not allowed more dogs, and my little furdudes are afraid of cats so no cats.
