| Room for rent in a shared house with two women and two dogs. Sorry no more pets. The room is available October 1st. Rent is $700 a month plus an equal share of the utilities which is around $150 a month but dependant on weather. A damage deposit of one month's rent is required. The house is filled with plants and art. We are clean and quiet and share cleaning responsibilities. The house is close to the Sunnyside c-train station and there is also zoned street parking for an annual fee. Please respond by telling us a bit about yourself. |
