Looking for a student at University of Calgary / Mature professional working/ SAIT student if needed. The person must be mature , non-smoker /no drugs/no drinking /no partying. The landlord will be pay the Utilities except for internet. Internet is split between the other two tenants. You must be very CLEAN . You must collaborate and work well with other two tenants when keeping the house clean. If you have a car parking will be only on the side of the side in front not in driveway. All buses and LRT are walking distance very close to University of Calgary (12min) by LRT. All stores , YMCA, Safeway, Co-op , Gas stations etc.. are walking distance if you don't drive. Once a month we a cleaning lady who comes and does a detail clean of all bathrooms and the house . Also provide washer and dryer downstairs for your use.
