| Large bedroom (unfurnished) for rent in Brentwood across from a Co-op and Brentwood village. The apartment is in a lovely location near many different shops and stops for all your needs. The apartment is also a 2-minute walk from Brentwood station making it perfect if you transit frequently. You'd get your room with a closet and share the apartment with me. I am a 21-year-old student at UofC graduating this Spring. I am an introvert and usually spend most of my time playing video games. I appreciate cleanliness and will always do my part in keeping shared areas clean. I don’t have a problem with noise but it may become an issue to the neighbors if it’s too loud. We would share a bathroom. The rent is $875 including water. The internet and electricity bills are split between us so expect to pay ~$1000/month. I am looking for a male roommate. |
