| Hello! We are two students at the University of Alberta looking for a female roommate who is clean and has no pets. We are in the Capilano/Terrace Heights neighborhood. The rent is 617$, utilities included, the lease is one year and begins August 1 or July 15 for those that would like to move in early. We are a 35-minute commute to the University with a bus stop right outside our basement suite. Also, it is only a five-minute bus to the nearest shopping center home to a Walmart, Safeway, Winners, Dollarama, Boston Pizza, McDonalds etc. The landlord's live on the main floor are very kind and always available to fix things. The area is very safe. |
