| Located 2 minutes away from Sunnyside train station and 5 minutes from Kensington and the river, this cozy lil house is something special! We have several garden boxes next to our fire pit in the back yard, and have immensely appreciated being able to host gatherings in a living room that gets a lot of natural light. Rent per person is $900 without utilities included. The bedroom is furnished. Fable’s been living here for 3 years and Zaya for just over 1. We both love to garden, cook, and have friends over! Zaya works as a barista downtown; they also have a cat that co-exists in the house. Fable will be going back to U of C in the fall to get their education degree.
