| Hello!! We have a room available in our shared 4 bedroom household, 2 and a half bath, 2275 square foot house in Evanston, NW Calgary. 5 min walk away from Co-op grocery store, and lots of restaurants/stores. Backs on to bike paths and overlooks nose hill creek. Street parking only, bus stops close by, no train access nearby. Available for move in on May 1. Rent for the room is $800, everything included. About us: There are currently 2 guys and 2 girls living in the home, all in our late 20's and early 30's. We get along really well and spend lots of time outdoors and in the mountains. No pets and no smoking please! We are social and like to have occasional drinks but this is definitely not a party house.
