| Looking for a male roommate preferably a student or working individual to share a cozy house with 3 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. Only one of the bedrooms is available for rent. The house is located in Varsity, just a 15-20 minute drive to downtown. It is very close to University of Calgary, about a 7-minute drive away, and only 10-15 minutes away from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). Also less than a 5 min drive from Market Mall! Rent is $750 per month, excluding Wi-fi and utilities which are shared among housemates. It is also on a 1 year lease. The common areas are fully furnished. If you are a responsible and tidy individual looking for a comfortable place to call home, this could be the perfect fit for you!
