| Furnished upstairs master bedroom on 110th Street, 80th Avenue, just a 10-min walk from the University of Alberta. Available (3 months): 1st April (1 week early move-in possible) to 30th June. At a discounted price of just 750 CAD (including all utilities and internet). Has a double bed, tv, closet, work desk, chair, clothing rack, two fans, insect-proof windows, a full mirror, and two spacious drawers. The house is quiet, conveniently located close to all amenities and bus-stops, and the heating is awesome. The laundry is in the basement. There is parking on the street. The bathroom is shared with just one other upstairs tenant, who is extremely nice and is barely ever home. I've never had a single time where I wanted to use the bathroom and it wasn't available. I'd prefer someone from the University of Alberta as I'm also there, and it'll be easier for us to communicate - although everyone is welcome! :) Security deposit is equivalent to the first month's rent.
