Your Room: • Fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, chair, and ample closet space. • Large windows provide natural light and pleasant views. Shared Spaces (within your suite): • A well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living/dining area. • One shared bathroom between the two top-floor tenants. Shared Amenities (with all tenants): • Laundry in the basement — shared among all three tenants at no extra cost. • Main entrance shared with the main-floor tenant; the basement has a separate entrance. Rental Terms: • Rent includes all utilities: water, electricity, gas, and high-speed internet. • The house is smoke-free, pet-free, and drug-free (including cannabis) to ensure a clean and quiet environment. • You’ll be taking over the lease until August 2025, with the option to renew afterward. • Single occupancy only.
