| Hi! This is an ad for a room in a 2bed2bath main floor suite in Montrose (NE Edmonton), all utilities included, 750/month. Move in Dec 1. Private bathroom. Large kitchen and dining area. Fenced in yard, front and back. Pet friendly (if you’re a responsible owner). Little bit about me (the roommate) : I’m friendly, easy going, clean, and love to cook healthy meals and bake delicious treats! I think boundaries and communication and respect are super important in order to have a successful roomie relationship. I don’t drink or smoke or party or use drugs, and don’t allow that in my home environment that. I am looking for a roommate who doesn’t drink, smoke, party or use drugs.
