| Spacious walkout Bungalow in Saamis Heights with 3 large rooms for rent (furnished or unfurnished). Must be clean and respectful of others and spaces inside and outside of the home. There is a professional bi-weekly cleaning service of common areas, including bathrooms, which is included. If personal/bedroom space cleaning is required, this can be arranged but would be an additional charge to you (as set by the cleaners). Available Bedrooms (all with locks): - Downstairs: shared bathroom (between two tenants only) o One bedroom is available immediately; and, o One bedroom is available July 1/25. - Upstairs: private bathroom (shared with guests only) o One bedroom is available immediately. SHARED SPACES: large dining room and kitchen with island and stainless-steel appliances. You are welcome to bring your own small appliances/dishes or use what is supplied. Shared laundry negotiable. Large landscaped back yard with hot tub, firepit, and basketball hoop on a cement pad. Basement has a pool table, darts, foosball, fireplace, and sitting area with a TV. No drugs, no parties (but small gatherings are fine), and sorry no pets, as we have 2 dogs and one cat (well behaved; dogs kept upstairs). Close to MH College, schools, corner stores, City bus stops, pub, flower shop, pizza place, and the walking path is outside the back gate. Short distance to the entire south end of restaurants and shopping. RENT: $900 per month (plus $900 damage deposit). Includes utilities, Wi-Fi, TV package, professional cleaning of common areas (described above), and driveway/street parking. - Will consider a prorated mid-month move-in. EXTRA PARKING: there is 1 spot available in the attached garage to rent (for an additional fee). A good fit would be an individual that is a college student or working full-time. A rental request form will be provided at initial contact with us to provide next steps. |
