Shared space with 42 year old female and 18 year old son who will be moving out of town in the summer, also a chocolate lab and 2 cats which means any additional pets will be limited and based on additional arrangements. There is also laundry and a shared gym room with treadmill / weights and space for more. The right candidate will be either a student or full time employed, able bodied ( many stairs). Any gender will be considered. I keep a clean house, everyone must do the same. Street parking for now. References required. Security Deposit $400.
