| We would like to invite you to rent our extra-large bedroom with a private entrance which is available April 1. The space also includes a private living area, private bathroom and shared laundry area. Due to covid, there is a kitchenette rather than shared access to the kitchen. What is included: • Internet • Utilities • Additional lock on your bedroom door • Fully furnished including kitchen supplies (furniture can be stored if you have your own) • Sitting area in the back yard • River walks 1.5 blocks away • Bus stop half a block away • Air conditioning • Ultra-violet filter on the furnace for those who have allergies Is this space a good place for you? This is a family home with two kiddos who go to school in the morning. They are busy after they get home from school, but go to bed at 8 pm. We are looking for a non-smoking/non-vaping individual who has a clean criminal record and references. A damage deposit of 500 dollars will also be required. Due to our kiddo’s allergies, we are unable to have furry pets but would consider a lizard or fish. The room will be available on April 1, 2021.
