It's got great walkability to Safeway as well as great restaurants, bars, coffee shops downtown, and the start of the strathcona trail system along the river. It has it's own yard, basement, private parking, and there is even some storage space in the shed. It includes all major utilities, and efficient window mounted air conditioners for the hot summers. It is a cute little house that doesn't run very much for utilities usually under $180/mo and has two bedrooms. It has a decent sized living room and a kickass balcony walkout from the bedroom. It is ideal for a young professional looking for a quiet, private space with off-street parking or perhaps two students to share. While it is a house, it is small, this is not suitable for a family. It is also located between first street and second street, behind our backyard. We are looking for a responsible employed tenant(s), preferably non smoker, no pets--for the right people, we might make an exception. Note 1: there is no bathtub, standup shower only.
