Landlords so fabulous they pee glitter! Our flagship unit 110 Somerset Lane is back up for grabs! Southlands is the most sought after area in Medicine Hat (except if you ask the hermits that live up in Ranchlands or Crescent Height) Restaurants, pubs, shopping.... its all there for you. (Once Covid buggers off mind you) You literally could spend and hour on a treadmill at Anytime Fitness, Orange Theory or F45 and then go to Fat Burger or Five Guys and immediately regret your decisions. Social Distancing? How about being minutes away from gravel roads and grasslands. You can walk, run, bike, blade or meander your way to the wild through the paved trails and that weave their way through the neighborhood. Right.. the unit!! This 2 story, 3 bedroom 2 bath condo over two stories. It has a private entrance so there's no awkward hallway or elevator chat with Mr. Hinkle and having to hear him complain about his most recent bowel movement or share his conspiracies on how Covid was man made by "those damn hippies" If you have to quarantine why not self isolate in this beauty. Upon entry there is ample space with a good size closet which leads to a cozy (that's salesman talk for small living room) Large bay windows offer a ton of natural light. The kitchen dining room combo is open concept and great for entertaining. We didn't cheap out on the place so it is complete with fridge with freezer/icemaker, range microwave, glass top stop/oven, dishwasher and a garburator (please don't stick bones down there, i have to put that in writing because common sense aint so common) and granite counter tops throughout. The dining room has enough space for a good size table and you can even fit an heirloom china cabinet full of treasure troll dolls that your crazy aunt Edna left you in your will. The 2 piece bath is awkwardly located right off the dining room so i suggest this is a #1 bathroom unless you want people hearing your tone on the throne. It has a fart fan but trust me from experience its only purpose is to create enough noise to ensure you don't hear people laughing at you on the other side of the door. There is a utility closet and also under stair storage, which can be converted into a secret fort or great spot for hide and seek (also extra storage if you're boring and have no imagination) There is a large window with sliding doors that lads out to the balcony. BBQ's are allowed as long as you don't burn the place down. The balcony fits a bistro set, BBQ and a small inflatable pool that you can completely embarrass your wife when she brings home her parents and finds you in speedos drinking beer (totally hypothetical, there is no way that happened nor am i allowed to talk about it as per the relationship agreement) Upstairs!!!!! Yes were almost done, stay with me. At the top of the stairs is a good size linen closet and on your left is the decent size master bedroom. There is a walk in closet.... or so I'm told (i was never allowed to keep my clothes in there because i "don't hang all the hangers the same way" so fortunately there is two other good size rooms each with double closets. The master bath has a tub/shower combo and granite countertops. (the is a sink and toilet as well don't worry) Lastly there is also laundry on the second floor with a large front load washer and dryer, so no up and down stairs with laundry baskets..... unless you have to ride sofa for a week cause you accidentally used the "show towels" instead of the regular towels. There.... you made it! Now the fine print.
