I take possession at the beginning of May, and I am planning to rent it out. Residents of the unit must be employed in the bow valley to comply with the zoning. The unit is brand new, and since I don’t yet have occupancy I can only provide stock photos, and a photo of the view/aspect taken on a walk through during construction this past summer. The main floor of the building is light industrial, and the top level is residential. Stairs to access the unit. Showings will be done starting May 1st with option of immediate move in. The unit includes washer/dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher. There is 1 appointed parking spot. Pets considered. Unit will be rented unfurnished. Storage cage in common area. 660 sq ft, plus balcony.
