I have a spacious 2,700 sq ft home in Eagle Ridge that has plenty of room to escape and have your own space, backs on to miles of paved walking trails, high-end furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, and all the amenities to make you feel at home. Absolutely everything is included in the cost, including bi-weekly cleaning of the entire house. Here is a little background on the house… I am the owner of the house, and after work took me South, I decided to rent out four of the bedrooms. Despite sharing the house with roommates, people have told me over and over that this is one of the best places they have ever rented and typically only leave when something changes with work. The house attracts great people and I ensure each person is a mature professional that respects the home and that I feel comfortable with even as a female. The house is empty pretty much all the time since everyone has busy work schedules, or heads of town on their days off. When I lived at the house, I personally found it nice having people to visit with for five minutes here and there in the evenings. There have been some great friendships made over the years and many of us keep in touch. I’ve even had people rent again when they have returned to Fort McMurray after a few years away. There is currently 1 room available for May 1 at $900 per month. The other rooms are rented by professionals in their mid-30’s who work like crazy, often workout when they get home and head out of town on their days off. They are respectful individuals that are not into partying or having guests over. The house has three bathrooms, a dining room, large kitchen with a pantry and tons of cupboard space, a deep freeze in the garage, a living room with TV in the basement and another large living room on the main level. In addition, each room is equipped with cable hookups if you want to have your own TV. The house is close to bus stops and there is tons of parking right in front. Rent includes full cable, extreme speed internet, all furnishings, all utilities, relaxing deck with patio furniture and BBQ, spacious fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine and Vitamix, and best of all CLEANING SERVICES!
