Room is furnished with a queen size bed + mattress protector, dresser, night stand, tv and closet. Please bring your own bedding/towels Laundry in washroom, own cupboard space for your towels and laundry stuff. Drawer in bathroom for your belongings. Kitchen includes use of all appliances in the kichen, air fryer, coffee machine slow cooker/dishes. Livingroom has a large sectional with 70" tv. Wifi included. Property will be cleaned weekly main areas. (Not bedrooms) cleaning cost included in rent. Please do not leave intentional messes (food garbage, dirty dishes for days) Please keep in mind and be respectful to other Tennants. (One other male shift worker in camp on 14/14) You will have the house to yourself most of the time Back room/addition has a dog door to the back yard. (Fenced yard) Driveway is renters responsibility to shovel if you dont shovel you can park on snow and ice all winter.
