| I have a 2 bedroom inlaw suite for rent. Non smoking, no dogs are allowed as i work shift work, cats and small animals are allowed provided everything is kept clean. I am looking for a mature, child free person or couple as tenants. On street parking only. It is semi furnished and available immediately. There is no full oven as it is not a full suite, but use of the upstairs oven is allowed within reason. Proof of employment and rental references are required. The price is 1200/mo, utilities are included except for cable, because who has it anymore. That would be the tenants responsibility. Security deposit is the same as one months rent.
