| Hello, I am Brad and my wife and 2 kids are looking to move to Calgary at the end of june. We are original from PEI but our kids were born in Prince George. As a heavy equipment operator and a class 3 driver I have spent seasonal working in the oil and gas sector. (24 years in Alberta) My wife is in health care. We are hard workers and finally able to call Alberta home with your help of course. We have great reference, along with a work letter I just obtained from my employee. I might be making the drive in the coming weeks for work and have a few days to see some spots. If not then it will be in june when my days off come up. We have lots of family around that could do veiwings along with video chat. Please reach out if you're Interested in having great tenants to look after you're investment. We currently have no pets as well. Looking for 3 bedroom 1.5 bath main floor living. 2 parking spots a garage would be a plus for my motorcycle to store.
