Roommate wanted to rent a private room in shared cozy, clean condo on the Saskatchewan side of Lloydminster. Located on the South end of town close to shops and other amenities like the Servus Sports Centre, Starbucks, McDonald’s and more. The room will be furnished with a queen bed, side table and a TV could also be provided. All utilities are included in the rent and there is insuite laundry. The condo is shared with myself (owner) and I have a friendly cat. Looking for a roommate who is employed, clean and respectful. Would prefer a female roommate but open to male if it’s a good fit.
