| I am an elderly male adult looking for my own quiet place with utilities included(Cable is not a concern). A basement suite or main floor of a house(if the price is right) is preferred. I don’t need a lot of space; one large area or with one bedroom is fine. I am not interested in sharing a space with roommates. I am a self employed Carpenter who does renovations. I work 7 days per week, eat and sleep. I am quiet. I rarely drink or entertain. I do smoke but ONLY outdoors and I do not litter the butts. Lethbridge is preferred but I can move to the outskirts too(Coalhurst or Coaldale etc) if the place is right. My budget is $1100(negotiable depending on what is available) but I will also pay extra if a garage is available for storage of my tools and supplies.
