| We are looking for a mature, sensible, quiet, trustworthy female renter, for January 1st, who always cleans up after herself and who absolutely loves animals as we have two dogs and one cat who will want to be a part of your life. The bedroom is on the main level of our family home and comes with a full-size closet and extra storage, a queen-sized bed, 2 sets each of sheets/blankets/towels, your own personal fridge & storage shelves for pantry items, a TV, a lockable bedroom door, and your own bathroom. Rent is $650.00 per month and includes all utilities (electricity, natural gas, and water), cable television, Wi-Fi, high speed internet, Netflix, air conditioning, bathroom cleaning supplies, toilet paper, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and a vehicle plug-in during winter (cord not included). Also included, at no extra cost, is a weekday evening meal plan for those who don't like to grocery shop or cook! Approximately five minutes from all major shopping, grocery stores, pharmacies, hair dressers, banks, restaurants, post office, movie theatre, medical and dental clinics, the Lethbridge Research Station & the Lethbridge College. Close to public transportation. There is a shared laundry room, kitchen, and two living rooms.
