| 3400sqft in the Crossings just 5-8min walk to the YMCA. Top floor of the house is two bedrooms with a full bathroom only. Bedroom for rent is one of these two. Mainfloor is the master bedroom (my room) along with the laundry room, and downstairs is another two bedrooms with a full bathroom (where my son and my nephew are). Rent includes: - All utilities (including internet) - fully furnished bedroom with queen bed (newer mattress), dresser, TV (with Amazon stick), as many heavy duty plastic hangers as you need, a laundry hamper, a woozoo fan, a night light and an alarm clock - spare bedding set for use - bathroom towels for use (each bedroom has their own colour of towels) - Shared full bathroom (bath tub/shower combo, toilet, sink; shared with the other bedroom upstairs only) - note this is shared between two rooms only (each room being max 1 person) - toilet paper fully stocked in bathroom (you don’t need to buy it; there is a bidet in the washroom as well) - hand soap fully stocked in the bathroom - on-street parking - shared kitchen (mainfloor) with extra fridge/freezer in garage - shared laundry (mainfloor); laundry soap is also supplied if you don’t mind using what I use. - Shared 2 piece mainfloor bathroom (for any house guests) Shared kitchen: you’ll be given space in the fridge but I’ll look after the purchased of condiments like ketchup and mustard (so that the fridge isn’t cluttered with many bottles lol). If we make dinner and you’d like some, we will totally share! You’ll also be given space in the freezer, with an extra vertical freezer (and an extra fridge!) located in the heated garage. There is also a gas BBQ on the deck. We are looking for someone trustworthy and honest. Security deposit will be same as rent. Security deposit will also be returned within 48hrs of moving out and pending no damage. Students welcome! The house will have two young adult men starting UofL in September so if you are starting the UofL too, you’ll fit right in ;-) The two young men are school driven so the house will be a happy and peaceful place. I work full time (engineering field), I do not smoke, I do not party and I do not bring home strange adults (haha). I am a dedicated mother and a hard worker. Tenant insurance is required (it’s cheap, around $10/mo I was told) as it’s in your best interest (my insurance also requires this). We’d prefer no extra pets though as we have two seniors dogs (one lab X and one shihtzu) and a cat (dogs usually are glued to my son when he’s home and cat is glued to me). If you’re an animal lover, you’ll fit right in ❤️ Picture of the girls (pets) included. House is deep cleaned by a cleaner once a month (all bathrooms and kitchen). I am a very clean person and clean daily. Bedroom door currently does not have a lock key, but one can be added. Front door is a key entry or garage is code entry to enter home. Rent will be $1100 all inclusive, and is due by the 1st of each month before noon. Rent is based on 1/5th of shared disposable/non-equity bills (electricity, gas, water, garbage, internet, land taxes, mortgage interest). No smoking (tobacco or weed) and no parties.
