| We are a large blended family lookin for a home in the Lethbridge area. Open to rural locations or in town. Looking for 4-6 bedrooms & a yard. Other other details are cherries on top We have 3 dogs, largest is 40lbs, 35 lbs & 20 lbs, there well behave, don't dig or bark non stop. 4 kids, 18 (working and off to college in 2026) 16, 13, 7. We are extremely active, with 3 kids and dad all training mma. Majority of our weekday evenings is committed to this. Weekends spend hiking, fly fishing and snowboarding. I currently manage a freight company for the pass 4 years here in Lethbridge, wife works as an assistant for the same business. We have 3 working adults in the house hold. Parental employment income is $7,000+month Outside income / benefits is $2,500 Eldest son income in 1500-2500 I can offer reference for landlord, character, employment, income and pet reference from previous and current landlords. We are a large family, and looking for immediate possession as we are exasperating the rental market with no luck due to size and pets. |
