| Beautiful 3500sqft with lots of extra rooms. The top floor is two bedrooms with its own bathroom; one of the bedrooms is being rented (so the bathroom is all yours). I’ve posted on air bnb too but their fees are crazy so I’m posting here too. Single person is $65. Check in after 2pm and check out by 11am. Two people is $80. Check in after 2pm and check out before 11am. Air bnb adds almost $20 to the booking so I’d like to see if there’s any bites here. West side. Bedroom is fully furnished (brand new queen bed). TV (with Amazon stick to make it smart), dresser, woozoo fan, laundry hamper… Access to washer and dryer, full kitchen. You’re welcome to make your own coffee and/or pancakes too! It’s just myself and my teenager son (son is downstairs). We are very respectful. We do have fur babies (one senior lab X that is with my son downstairs all the time, one senior shih tzu that sleeps in my room all the time, and one young beautiful rag doll cat). We have a house cleaner once a week that helps deep clean. 10% discount for weekly rentals and 20% discount for a monthly rental. |
