| I am looking for a male roommate / working professional. I would consider female too. Someone reliable, mature, trustworthy with good manners, mentality strong that can carry normal conversation, friendly, quiet. No smoking. Age 25-38 preferred. This is 1800 sq ft house with perfect location. Located in Coaldale. Easy access to Hwy 3. What is included: - queen size bed - your own closet - blackout curtains - all utilities - your own bathroom with tub (until the other room is rented, if I decide to rent it) - washer / dryer - access to kitchen, living room - large backyard, deck with lot of green space in the summer - Netflix tv - You can use all my dishes - parking is on the street across from the house (not on driveway) - you can drink my bottled water from costco (you can buy it too if you are a member) - you would have to get your own laundry detergent - there is a nice walking path beside the house House is only a few years old. Its shared with myself (female). I am originally from Europe and I work from home. No kids, no marriage. Just focused on career and healthy lifestyle. I do have a small kitty with great character, he is super smart and playful. I am looking for someone extremely clean and respectful, trustworthy that can take care of my place as if its their own. I expect you to vacuum and vent your room, bathroom and clean kitchen after yourself. Wash bed sheets and keep the room clean. Asking $1200/month, damage deposit $500. (not negotiable). If you are leaving I expect 1 month notice and no damage anywhere to get deposit back. I want someone that wants to stay long term, at least 6 months to 1 yr lease or few years. Must be willing to sign 3 month or 6 month contract to see how we do. If you decide you want to stay here longer contract can be signed. If you break the contract and leave before contract is ended I expect to be paid for remaining months/monthly rent. References required.
