Single occupancy per room (no exceptions). No smoking, not 420 friendly. Must be a quiet, clean individual, willing to help ensure their room is cleaned weekly and willing to assist in the cleaning of common areas used. Fully furnished room with double bed and desk. Towels and bedding provided upon request. All Utilities, WIFI, onsite laundry, off street parking included. Use of a family room, with large screen TV, includes cable, and NetFlix.
