Minutes to the Lethbridge college, coulee trails and only a 10 min drive to the UofL. This bright, south facing basement suite has large windows that invite a lot of natural light so it doesn’t feel like you’re in a basement. 1100 square feet Includes: All utilities and internet/WiFi included 2 bedrooms- each furnished with comfortable queen sized beds and dressers. All blankets, pillows and linens included as well as hangers in closets. 1.5 bathrooms including towels, hairdryer, bath mats Private laundry machines with iron board and iron. Private entrance with keyless entry Kitchen is fully stocked: includes all dishes, utensils, cookware, KitchenAid mixer, microwave, dishwasher, keurig coffee machine as well as regular coffee pot. Electric kettle, slow cooker, bread maker etc etc The suite has Central Air conditioning for the summer months. It is insulated well in the ceiling and between walls to help minimize sound transfer and keep the suite warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer. Living room includes a comfortable 7’ couch and storage ottoman, accent chair, work desk, Electric fireplace/heater, plenty of throw blankets. 55” smart TV, with Xbox 360 & PS3 If needed I can also make items for an infant available. ie high chair, pack n play etc Access to shared backyard One month minimum stay No pets No parties No smoking No subletting This suite was run as an Airbnb for 3 years and had 5 star reviews from almost 200 guests.
