Lethbridge has always steady market in rent & real estate until Lethbridge university and college has started taking too much international students from all over the world. so, since 2021 Lethbridge rent has drastically increased. and due to that landlords and apartment rental company became greedy. But now thing is changed fewer international students are coming this year and lots of new houses coming in market so please do not overpay rent as advertised. Lethbridge rent is even costlier than Calgary which doesn't make sense. Apartment Rental close to university keeps increasing rent, but they will not find tenant. |
