The house is furnished with everything you need to live comfortably plus a very private back yard for enjoying the weather relaxing under the pergola. The high end kitchen has all your needed kitchenware, small appliances and a quality gas stove and electronic fridge. Towels, sheets, bedding are all supplied. The house has central air conditioning. Why stay in a cramped hotel room if you’re here for a few months when you can be comfortable in this lovely character home? This rental is for sole occupancy of the house however the garage is not included. Rent is $1950 INCLUDING all utilities and internet. We are looking for someone who will take care of this place as their own. A full application is required which includes a background and credit check and references and will require a deposit.
