There are currently two others living here, and there is one dog and one cat. Rent comes to $431, including WiFi. Utilities are split evenly between tenants. Damage deposit is $387.50. Pet friendly! Will accept more animals. Large backyard for dogs. This is a large house with two main living rooms. One upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and a bath for use, and the basement bathroom has a stand up shower. The kitchen features a lovely glass stove and many cupboards for storage. There are also multiple different storage areas throughout the house, with several closets, and a space space under the stairs. If you sign a lease anywhere from the 15th of April to the 20th of April, you only need to pay the damage deposit! Please no children, and prefer roommates under 30 years old.
