New appliances, including washer and dryer, stove, fridge, and dishwasher. Living area is fully furnished, but shared with owner. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and plates and utensils. Spacious shared bathroom with ample storage space available. Perfect for tradesperson tired of living out of suitcase and in hotels! Or excellent for students! Rent and damage deposit are $750 for all this! Your roommate, me! Single female who enjoys playing in the yard with her dog, yoga, and open mics!
