| I am a single 51 yr female in need of an above ground apt. No basements allowed. I have No pets or children. Currently unemployed , however, I am on assistance and applying for Aish. I don't use or party. So let's get that out of the way. Currently residing in Eastwood neighborhood and have been assaulted and robbed twice in a month, hence the need for a move from this location. I am quiet and have a decent background in property manageme t with mainstream, k Hansen masonry and a small mom and pop property off white. That being said, I am not interested in property management anymore. Now before I divulge my entire life on here, let me say, I am also receiving funding to cover my rent, and as such can live anywhere in the city. I prefer far north above 153 rd Ave, beaumaris, castle downs, Skyview, Lago Lindo, etc. Please contact me with what you have available, balcony preferred, and no pets.
