| I am looking for a roommate to share with me a fourplex located close to all amenities in the SW. You will have your own room. The bathroom, kitchen, living room, washer and dryer will be shared with me. The private room is furnished with a bed, dresser and a closet. It will be available on the 1st of November, possibly earlier, and comes with all utilities included at a reasonable rent of $775 a month plus $750 as a damage deposit paid on signing. Driveway parking available with extra cost. The accommodation offers a comfortable living environment and is conveniently located near Westbrook mall, a public library, gym and train station.
