| Room for rent walking distance to u of c and ctrain. I am looking for a roommate to share my main floor suite. It's a 3 bedroom one bath with covered parking. Must be OK with pets as there is cat and dog in the house. Sorry no more dogs but aquarium animals and small caged animals will be OK. Maybe one cat . I live in the basement of this place now and will be taking over the upstairs in July. The landlord is amazing and we have never had issues. I will be taking the master bedroom and small office room for the cats play room. I am a very clean empty nester. I don't drink or smoke anything. No drugs or parties are allowed. The bedroom will be empty and houee furnished different as these are pics. Room will be available from August 15. |
