Im a super fun and energetic but down to earth roommate. This place is spotless and I feel the needle in the haystack on kijiji. It has everything to insuite laundry, top floor, AC, built in 2023, I bought every single item brand new 8 months ago when I moved in. You would love it here. No one ever comes over. I work as a carpenter by day and spend my nights working out. I love hockey, HGTV and I'm an amazing cook. Shoot me a dm and come check this place out.
