| Room Rental I have 1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom household. The room is available for 1 person and the house offers street parking. The house is located in Duggan and has easy access to amenities (Calgary Trail, Southgate, Century Park) and transit (705, 708, 709). Damage deposit is $690 and rent is $690 per month, utilities included. The initial sublease agreement is 4 months long, beginning April 1 ending July 31. Female roommates are preferred. Master or PhD students, out-of-town workers, young working professionals, or summer co-op students would be the best fit. References and bank statements are required. The pictures are a candid representation of the house and its cleanliness. Communal areas are cleaned each week (floors, kitchen, bathroom) and all roommates are expected to contribute to any other cleaning and outdoor upkeep (mowing, shovelling) as needed. About me, my roommate and the pets!: I am a 29 year old female who works for the Government of Alberta. I start my days at 5:30-6 AM and I like to keep the house quiet, clean, and tidy. I have been a sublessor for 8 years. Eva (the dog) is 14 years old with arthritic hips - she mostly just sleeps and begs for food. Wall-E (the cat) is 4 years old, loves to snuggle, and is often outside. Both are non-destructive and friendly. I travel occasionally and spend some weekends away. While away, I may ask that you feed Wall-E and keep him indoors (Eva stays at my dad’s when I’m away). I can provide references for myself and can act as a reference for my roommate as this is her first time living with others. My roommate is sweet and kind, and is attending university.
