I have decided to seek out someone that would like to live here because I am rarely home due to work, often only 1 week per month. I need someone that is capable of shoveling snow, bringing in the mail etc. It is a 3 bedroom duplex 1 bathroom, kitchen, office area, parking for big trucks. Long term short term whatever you need let me know all types have stayed here workers, nurses, students, 500 a month. I have had lots of interest so: Please give me as much detail as you can about yourself, what you are looking for and how long, employment status and/or student, this is a really nice place for the right person. The ideal person would enjoy clean living, tidy and neat, responsible and hardworking, and communicate well as so to be able to update me if anything comes up. 500 and 500 DD utilities included, internet too.
