| $750/month on a month to month lease. All utilities and internet included. Before you come over to take a look at it I want to go over a few things. Firstly, it’s a 5 bedroom house, I own the place and live there, and there are 3 other tenants. Secondly I just want to go through the following: 1. No pets 2. No sleepovers 3. No smoking/excessive drinking (ZERO tolerance) 4. I require minimum two references (ideally previous landlord/someone who can speak on behalf of your character) 5. Where do you work, how long have you been there. 6. What do you do with time off (what do you do when you’re not working) |
