Our basement rental is a spacious and bright area nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood with gorgeous trees, yet is only a short walk to Crystal Lake Estate Park, the post office, Star Bucks and a short 5 minute drive to Downtown. Your space includes a quiet basement living area that has its own fireplace, living room, washroom, bedroom, and additional space that can be used for an office/study. Your landlords, one who you will live with, are two chill professional women who believe in respecting your privacy. Things you'll want to know: 1. The spacious bright basement includes: one bedroom with a queen size bed, and 1 full bathroom, living area with a fireplace and workout bike, kitchenette all to yourself on your own floor! 2. Your co-residents include a landlord and another tenant, but you will have your own separate area any may not even see us (unless you want to). 3. If you have a number of large items you may need to consider a storage unit off property. 4. Rent is due the first of the month via e-transfer. 5. Comes fully furnished, you just need to bring your own personal items. 6. Housekeeping services can be available for an additional fee. 7. An application will need to be filled out prior to being accepted to see the basement. This is our home also, and we are select who we allow to live on our property. 8. Rent includes all utilities: water, heat, electricity, parking, internet, cable, kitchenette and laundry. 9. Lease is for 6 months with possibility of extension. 10. Upstairs landlord has one well behaved emotional support pit-bull puppy that is super friendly. 11. Mature adults need only to apply. Sorry no drugs, pets, or smoking allowed. 12. Available June 1st 2021. Rent: $1000 for single occupancy. |
