Our bedroom rental is a spacious and bright room nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood with gorgeous trees, yet is only a short walk to Crystal Lake Estate Park, the post office, Star Bucks and a short 5 minute drive to Downtown. Your space includes a shared laundry and shared kitchen and must be kept clean all of the time. Your landlords, one who you will live with, are two chill professional women who believe in respecting your privacy. Things you'll want to know: 1. There is one bedroom and 1 full shared bathroom, shared laundry and shared kitchen. 2. Your new room comes fully furnished in a beautiful African theme setting with a brand new comfy bed-so you just need you and your clothes for easy living! 3. If you have a number of large items you may need to consider a storage unit off property. 4. Rent is due the first of the month via e-transfer. 5. Housekeeping services can be available for an additional fee and must be agreed upon in advance. 6. For tenants who are out working or do not know how to cook, homemade meals can be available for an additional fee and must be agreed upon in advance. 7. An application will need to be filled out prior to being accepted to see the apartment. This is our home also, and we are select who we allow to live on our property. 8. Rent includes all utilities: water, heat, electricity, parking, internet, basic cable, shared kitchen and shared laundry. 9. Tenants must be responsible, clean up after themselves. 10. Lease is for 6 months with possibility of extension. 11. Mature adults need only to apply. Sorry no drugs, pets, or smoking allowed. 12. Owner has a small mixed pit-bull puppy that is on the same floor and is a registered emotional support animal. 13. If you are a good handy person rent could possibly be lowered if agreement can be made to do stuff around the house and yard. 14. Available June 1st 2021. Rent: $775 for single occupancy. |
