Our comfortable and open separate suite rental is a spacious and bright room nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood with gorgeous trees, yet is only a short walk to Crystal Lake Estate Park, the post office, Star Bucks and a short 5 minute drive to Downtown. Your space includes your own driveway parking, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and shared laundry room. Your landlords, one who live in the other part of the house, are two chill professional women who believe in respecting your privacy. Things you'll want to know: 1. There is a separate fully equipped and fully furnished suite that you will only have access to. Your space includes your own driveway parking, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and shared laundry room. 2. Your new suite comes fully furnished in a beautiful bright and open setting-so you just need you and your clothes for easy living! 3. You do not need to worry about bills as all utilities are included (unless you overuse them). Rent includes all utilities: water, heat, electricity, parking, internet, basic cable, shared kitchen and shared laundry. 4. If you have a number of large items you may need to consider a storage unit off property. 5. Rent is due the first of the month via e-transfer. 6. Housekeeping services can be available for an additional fee and must be agreed upon in advance. 7. For tenants who are out working or do not know how to cook, homemade meals can be available for an additional fee and must be agreed upon in advance. 8. An application will need to be filled out prior to being accepted to see the apartment. This is our home also, and we are select who we allow to live on our property. 9. Tenants must be responsible, clean up after themselves. 10. Lease is for 6 months with possibility of extension. 11. Mature adults need only to apply. Sorry no drugs, pets, or smoking allowed. 12. Owner has a small mixed pit-bull puppy that is on the same floor and is a registered emotional support animal. 13. Available June 1st 2021. Rent: $1125 for single occupancy. |
