There are currently 2 PRIVATE UNFINISHED BEDROOMS for $775 per month each, which also includes: * parking (quiet street and driveway) * ALL utilities (heat, water & electricity) * internet The BRIGHT AND SPACIOUS SHARED LIVING SPACE includes: * a large furnished kitchen & dining area * furnished living room (TV hooked up Telus) * full-bathroom share by maximum of 2 people (upstairs) * half-bathroom (main floor) * laundry room * backyard with large deck * limited storage space in basement THE IDEAL FIT: * 1 person per bedroom (may consider a couple who would rent both bedrooms) * non-smoking housemates * no drugs or partying on property * easy-going * respectful of each other's space * likes dogs (there are 2 very friendly SMALL dogs that occasionally stay with me) * 3-month minimum commitment preferred Will need to provide proof of income and references.
