Room for June 1st has a very comfortable Sealy King-size bed. $750 Monthly Rent is required for each room, which is all-inclusive (except your food/personal products). $750 Security Deposit is required. Ideal for working professionals or graduate students (short or long term rental is fine). Couples not accepted. Male tenants preferred as there are three bedrooms upstairs (I'm in one of them), with one shared bathroom (although that is kept very clean), but I would consider a female tenant too. Both bedrooms are tastefully, fully furnished and include new linens, towels, duvet, blankets, pillows, lamps, side table, dresser/armoir, and a 43" smart TV. No pets, or smoking/vaping inside is permitted. I'm looking for tenants who are quiet, clean, and hygienic, and live a sober lifestyle to match the vibe of the house. My daughter and I live in the home full-time. This fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Jackson Heights, with quick access to Whitemud just off of 50 Street.
