Roommate wanted for a lease takeover in Square 104 in the heart of downtown. My current roommate is moving in late April so an early move-in can be arranged. I also have a cat and I’m open to pets. Credit check and proof of ability to pay will be done through building management. It’s a 2bed 2 bath apartment. The living room will be partially furnished but the bedroom will be unfurnished. Electricity and internet will be split 50/50 between us. Underground parking is 110$, not sure about surface parking. The lease renews on September 1st, I don’t know how much the rent will go up until sometime in May. Contact me for further details.
